≪BBQ Style Dinner≫ For our BBQ Style Dinner, field attendants deliver you the ingredients prepared by the chef, and you can enjoy grilling on your own with a gas grill without any need to cut the ingredients. We provide you all you need: ingredients, tableware, and cooking utensils, even an instruction manual to enjoy the grilling! All you have to prepare is just the table & tableware setting! ■Start Time Please select 5:30PM, or 6:00PM when making a reservation. *The BBQ set will be delivered within 30 minutes before your requested time: kindly wait in your room. *Dinner requires an advance reservation. If your requested time is not available, we will contact you by phone or email. ■Finishing Time <9:00PM/L.O: 8:00PM> *Staff will come to the cabin to collect the BBQ set. [Breakfast] For the breakfast, we kindly ask you to come to pick up the basket with hot sandwich ingredients. You will have an instruction manual to make hot sandwiches. Our staff will give you a simple explanation too. Enjoy your breakfast under the blue sky in the green fresh breeze from the woods for relaxing moments! ■Food Pick-up Time Please come to the beverage station between <7:00AM-9:00AM> ≪Parking Lot≫ Common parking area [About the Weather] We may not be able to offer you the accommodation service due to the stormy weather such as typhoons. In that case, we will contact you in advance. Even if it rains, you can use the gas grill and make a bonfire. Gotemba City is a highland city at the altitude of 470 meters. Please bring warm outfits with you. 　 [Children’s Rates] ≪Rates≫ ■Junior high school students and above - Treated as adults (please include them in the number of adults when making your reservation) ■Elementary school students (7 to 12 years old) ・60% of adult rate(Bed-sharing and meals included) ■Infant (3 to 6 years old) ・30% of adult rate (Bed-sharing and meals included) ■Infant (3 to 6 years old) ・4,400 yen (Sharing a bed/no meals) ■Infant (Under 2 years old) ・Free (Sharing a bed, & no meals) ■Use of sofa bed to share with your child (maximum 1 sofa) *Not available for dome tents ・Setup charge: 4,400 yen ≪Amenities≫ We do not provide pajamas or sandals for children.
