[BBQ Style Dinner Plan] Enjoy Grilling! / From January 2024 (Dinner and Breakfast Included)

≪BBQ Style Dinner≫ For our BBQ Style Dinner, field attendants deliver you the ingredients prepared by the chef, and you can enjoy grilling on your own with a gas grill without any need to cut the ingredients. We provide you all you need: ingredients, tableware, and cooking utensils, even an instruction manual to enjoy the grilling! All you have to prepare is just the table & tableware setting! * A folding roof (not designed for all weathers) is installed on the deck *Due to strong rain and wind, you may not be able to use the outdoor deck comfortably. ■Start Time Please select 5:30PM or 6:00PM when making a reservation. *The BBQ set will be delivered within 30 minutes before your requested time: kindly wait in your room. *Dinner requires an advance reservation. If your requested time is not available, we will contact you by phone or email. ■Finishing Time <9:00PM/L.O: 8:00PM> *Staff will come to the cabin to collect the BBQ set. [Breakfast] For the breakfast, we kindly ask you to come to pick up the basket with hot sandwich ingredients. You will have an instruction manual to make hot sandwiches. Our staff will give you a simple explanation too. Enjoy your breakfast under the blue sky in the green fresh breeze from the woods for relaxing moments! ■Food Pick-up Time Please come to the beverage station between <7:00AM-9:00AM> [About the Cabins] ≪Bedroom≫ ■Grande cabin (3 adults, 3 children-sharing beds) 2 double bed + 1 sofa bed ■Deluxe cabin (2 adults, 2 children-sharing beds) 1 king size + 1 sofa bed *Sofa bed setup charge: 4,400 yen *In case of 4 or more adults, please contact the reservation center directly. ≪Outdoor deck≫ A tent-style folding roof. (It is not designed to protect against all types of weather.) A hammock Some sports equipment like badminton rackets, etc. A Jacuzzi. As it's located outdoors, we recommend using hotter water than usual when filling it. ≪Dining room, Toilet, Shower room≫ The dining room and bathroom are on the bedroom's opposite side, separated by the deck. ≪Parking lot≫ Cabins with a private parking lot has the parking area right next to your room. Cabins without a private parking lot have access to the common parking area. [About the Weather] We may not be able to offer you the accommodation service due to the stormy weather such as typhoons. In that case, we will contact you in advance. Even if it rains, you can use the gas grill and make a bonfire. Gotemba City is a highland city at the altitude of 470 meters.
