Last-minute promotion plan! [Dinner] ≪BBQ≫ For our BBQ meal, field attendants deliver you the ingredients prepared by the chef, and you can enjoy grilling on your own with a gas grill without any need to cut the ingredients. We provide you all you need: ingredients, tableware, and cooking utensils, even an instruction manual to enjoy the grilling! All you have to prepare is just the table & tableware setting! *Bonfire is not allowed in the dome tent. *At cabin type rooms, you can enjoy a bonfire for about 1 to 1.5 hours using the firewood provided. Additional firewood can be purchased until 9:00PM. Please refrain from bringing your own items, so please purchase them in the facility. ■Start Time Please select <5:30PM~, 6:00PM~, 7:00PM~> when making a reservation. *The BBQ set will be delivered within 30 minutes before your requested time: kindly wait in your room. *Dinner requires an advance reservation. If your requested time is not available, we will contact you by phone or email. [Breakfast] For the breakfast, we kindly ask you to come to pick up the basket with hot sandwich ingredients. You will have an instruction manual to make hot sandwiches. Our staff will give you a simple explanation too. Enjoy your breakfast under the blue sky in the green fresh breeze from the woods for relaxing moments! ■Food Pick-up Time Please come to the beverage station between <7:00AM-9:00AM> [About the Cabins] ≪Bedroom≫ ■Grande cabin (3 adults, 3 children-sharing beds) 2 double bed + 1 sofa bed ■Deluxe cabin (2 adults, 2 children-sharing beds) 1 king size + 1 sofa bed *Sofa bed setup charge: 4,400 yen *In case of 4 or more adults, please contact the reservation center directly. ≪Outdoor Deck≫ A tent-style folding roof. (It is not designed to protect against all types of weather.) A hammock Some sports equipment like badminton rackets, etc. A Jacuzzi. As it's located outdoors, we recommend using hotter water than usual when filling it. ≪Dining room, Toilet, Shower room≫ The dining room and bathroom are on the bedroom's opposite side, separated by the deck. ≪Parking lot≫ Cabins with a private parking lot has the parking area right next to your room. Cabins without a private parking lot have access to the common parking area. ■Dome tent  2 semi-double beds + 2 futons (Japanese mattress)  Sports equipment such as badminton rackets and balls ≪Outdoor deck≫  A dining table to enjoy your meals  Unlike the other container type cabins, bonfire is not allowed. ≪Toilet & Bathroom≫ It’s located outside of the tent in front of the tent’s entrance. ≪Parking Lot≫ Common parking area [About the Weather] We may not be able to offer you the accommodation service due to the stormy weather such as typhoons. In that case, we will contact you in advance. Even if it rains, you can use the gas grill and make a bonfire. Gotemba City is a highland city at the altitude of 470 meters.
