After checking out, please move to the Yunessun parking lot (free for up to 2 hours, 1,300 yen per day). In July 2023, we took over the name of the long-familiar "Hakone Hotel Kowakien" and were reborn as a hotel where you can experience "hot springs," "nature," and "food" in conjunction with Yunessun. The lobby overlooking the garden, which was popular in the old hotel, has been renovated to create an open-ceilinged space in the new Hakone Hotel Kowakien, creating a nostalgic yet more impressive space than ever before. All guest rooms are equipped with beds to ensure everyone's comfort. In addition to Western-style rooms, we also offer Japanese-style rooms where you can relax on tatami mats. The large public bath is located on the top floor with a great view, and you can enjoy the natural scenery to the fullest from the open-air bath. We also offer private baths (for a fee) that give you a sense of privacy, so the whole family can enjoy them. For meals, you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes prepared in the live kitchen at the buffet restaurant facing the garden.
